
Cristeen Rodriguez-Cox
Treasurer
Cristeen M. Rodriguez-Cox is a dedicated professional with expertise in information technology, project management and grant writing.
A graduate of St. Croix Educational Complex, she pursued higher education in Central Florida, earning a bachelor’s degree in Technical Management from DeVry University and a master’s degree in Instructional Leadership from Saint Leo University. With a strong background in business administration, Cristeen has successfully led projects that improve processes, enhance productivity, and drive innovation.
After spending 12 years supporting U.S. military operations worldwide in roles of increasing responsibility, she returned to her hometown of Frederiksted and became an active member of Our Town Frederiksted, Inc. Recognizing the need for strategic planning and restructuring, she was elected to the board in 2023.
As Treasurer and Chair of the Fundraising and Finance Committee, Cristeen played a key role in restoring the organization’s 501(c)(3) status and bringing it back into good standing. Her financial oversight ensures the organization’s long-term sustainability to execute projects that revitalize the town of Frederiksted. Passionate about community development, she continues to drive initiatives that strengthen the town’s economy and improve the quality of life for Frederiksted residents.
Beyond her public service, Cristeen is the owner of Sapphire Business Group LLC, which provides high-level project management and consulting services to businesses seeking to improve processes and operational efficiency. She currently resides in Frederiksted with her husband and son.
