Frederiksted, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands – Our Town Frederiksted, Inc. (OTF) is proud to announce that it has been awarded a $100,000 grant through the 2024 USVI Housing Ecosystem Development Grant Program. This prestigious award, granted by Enterprise Community Partners, recognizes OTF’s outstanding commitment to revitalizing Frederiksted and its dedication to increasing the availability of affordable housing for Virgin Islanders.
The grant program, designed to support organizations driving positive change in the U.S. Virgin Islands, aims to strengthen the housing ecosystem and promote community development. Following an extensive review process, OTF was selected from a competitive pool of applicants based on its qualifications, vision for impact, and unwavering commitment to the community.

This grant will enable OTF to enhance its affordable housing initiatives, including education initiatives and the restoration of existing properties.
